The Church Street Mixed Use project in Salem, Oregon, is a joint development project by the City of Salem and Cascadia Development, comprising 2 levels of commercial use with 3 levels of condominiums. The approximately 66,000 square foot structure of consists of post-tensioned concrete slabs at the 2nd and 3rd floors and light-gage metal stud framing at the upper 3 levels. The lateral system consists of reinforced light-gage shearwalls above the 3rd floor and concrete shearwalls below the 3rd floor.
