The Center for Advanced Learning is a 57,900 sq ft regional public secondary-education facility, which provides customized learning environments that encourage students to develop more sophisticated and specialized skills than are typically acquired in a comprehensive high school. The Center for Advanced Learning offers advanced pre-med, engineering, and information technology courses to high school students from each of the contributing school districts. The structural system for the building is composite concrete floor slabs with concentric braced frames and conventional pad footings.
