Developed as Class “A” medical office space adjacent to St. Vincent’s Hospital, the project is the first phase of a proposed three building development on a 12 acre site. Using brick and precast concrete panels as a high-quality exterior pallet, the L-shaped building allows large tenant layouts. The structural system includes steel open-web joists and steel braced frames. See also, Peterkort II and Peterkort III.
Peterkort II
This six story 146,000 s.f. office building is the second phase of a proposed three building development on a 12 acre site. It consists of a parking level below the building and an adjacent two-level parking deck. The entry lobby soars a full 2-stories and includes high-grade wood finishes to create an upscale atmosphere.The structural system is composed of composite steel beams, special moment-resisting steel frames, and special concentric braced frames on a geopier foundation. Peterkort III
Peterkort III, the build-to-suit, 83,000 sf, 3 story Surgi-Center-Medical Clinic, with a daylight lower level and 6 level parking structure, completes the 12 acre master plan for the Peterkort development.The structural system for the medical clinic is similar to the previous buildings.The parking garage uses precast concrete double tees and precast concrete shear walls.
